The following provisions are not applicable:
A.The warranty period for the product has expired
B.The user did not follow the instructions as required, causing product issues
C.Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the structure without the company's authorization
D.Unable to provide a warranty card and proof of purchase
E.Product failures or damages caused by natural disasters or force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires).
Note: The after-sales warranty service does not cover product shipping costs and does not provide on-site repair services.
